Initial Contact
On May 22, 2023, Kry reached out to NOVOTE, a microfiber leather travel bag manufacturer, and he inquiries in details for some problems about bag specification. Based on the nice chat, he confirmed the sample order on June 5, 2023. Moreover, we proposal that we will refund the sample fee upon reaching a quantity of 300 pcs for each model.
Sales Agreement Signing
Browsing our original design and bag style, he finalized the selection of three specific styles. And both parties signed the sales contract on August 8, 2023.
Order Confirmation
Kry confirmed the order on October 12, 2023, and we initiated the production process. When it comes to November 29, 2023, we completed the order on time and he made the final payment. Following the payment, immediate arrangements were made for shipment.
