Strict Quality Control

The QC provides a comprehensive overview of quality assurance measures, allowing stakeholders to monitor and manage product quality at every stage.

Step1

Raw Materials Check

1. Leather & Fabric Swatches: Comparing received leather samples with approved swatches for color and texture. 2. Leather & Fabric Testing Equipment: Using instruments to measure properties like tensile strength, tear resistance, and colorfastness. 3. Visual Inspection: Examining the fabric for defects such as stains, holes, or uneven dyeing.

Leather waterproofing test ensures durability and protection against moisture, enhancing product quality and performance.

Step 2

Sewing check

1. Thread Quality: Verifying its strength, durability, and colorfastness to ensure resistance to wear.

2. Stitch Consistency:  Checking for variations in stitch length, tightness, and alignment to provide a polished final product.

3. Seam Reinforcement: Verifying the reinforcement of critical seams, such as stress points or areas prone to wear, through additional stitching.

Step 3

Surface Finish Inspection

Checking for scratches, discoloration, or other surface imperfections.

Step 4

Function Test

1. Puller and Teeth Inspection: Check the function of the zipper puller and make sure the teeth fit together properly.

2. Durability Testing: Evaluating the zipper’s durability through repeated opening and closing cycles.

Step 5

Compliance with Standards

1. Random Sampling Techniques: Selecting random samples from bulk materials for inspection to ensure representative assessment.

2. International Standards: Ensuring that materials comply with industry-specific international standards.
